ISLA Webinar with Humanities Without Walls

-

Location: zoom

ISLA is pleased to host a virtual information session with representatives from Humanities Without Walls on Friday, February 11 at 12:00 noon. Humanities Without Walls comprises a consortium of 16 universities across the Midwest and beyond and "aims to create new avenues for collaborative research, teaching, and the production of scholarship in the humanities, forging and sustaining areas of inquiry that cannot be created or maintained without cross-institutional cooperation." HWW's current Grand Research Challenge: Reciprocity and Redistribution awards grants of up to $150,000 for three years to support collaborative projects that include partners in the community and at other colleges and universities.

This information session will provide an overview of HWW's Grand Research Challenge with tips and strategies for building teams and submitting competitive proposals. Participants will be able to engage directly with HWW representatives in the Q&A session that follows. Postdoctoral scholars and faculty at any rank are encouraged to attend.
